1. Excellent quality product

   The motor seems outstanding. It worked great on the first cut, the only thing which remains to be seen is longevity, but it seems very solidly built, so hopefully it will last several years.

   Another desperate quarantine DIY-er here.
   
   After giving myself a hack job of a cut with a Wahl personal trimmer — and then wearing a hat all week — I decided to buy real clippers.
   
   Thanks to the generous selection of guide combs I was able to clean up the sides nicely, and even get some passable blending going on. I don't feel the need to wear the hat anymore :)
   
   Agree with other who said this ran warm. I have no idea if that's typical, or just a result of my very slow DIY approach.

   I wanted to get my hair cut. I had a few trimmers at home but couldn't figure out if they were the correct thing to use. After a lot of research, I chose this clipper. (I watched a video of a stylist named Africa Martinez who used this brand) She made it look doable.
   I ordered this device, it came quickly and then I had my wife give me a cut. It came out pretty well. The clippers were powerful and quiet, so no pinching or tugging.
   It was my wife's FIRST time giving a haircut. I don't usually write reviews but I bet a lot of people are considering home haircuts so I wanted to save them a little work doing research.

   Desperate times called for desperate measures: for my wife to cut my hair. The Wahl Designer is the perfect, professional clipper that made it easy for a total newbie to do an amazing job.

    One of the best ....If not the best. Easy setups and adjustments. Only reason I dont give it 5 stars, ran a little warmer than normal..for a triple 0 cut. All in all a must have. Made quick, clean work of 1 month + growth.
